The terms and conditions that govern participation in True North Volleyball Academy programs.

By registering for, participating in, or accessing any program, event, or content provided by True North Volleyball Academy ("Academy," "we," "us," or "our"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you are registering on behalf of a minor athlete, you agree to these terms on behalf of yourself and that athlete.
If you do not agree to these terms, please do not register for or participate in Academy programs.
True North Volleyball Academy offers training programs, clinics, camps, and competitive team placement for youth athletes. Specific program details, schedules, and requirements are provided at the time of registration and are subject to change.
Registration is complete when we confirm your spot in writing. Spots are not guaranteed until confirmation is received. We reserve the right to decline or cancel a registration at our discretion.
Program offerings, coaching staff, locations, and schedules may change. We will provide reasonable notice of material changes to registered participants.
True North Volleyball Academy programs are designed for youth athletes. Specific age eligibility varies by program and is outlined at the time of registration. All minors must have a parent or legal guardian complete the registration and consent process on their behalf.
By completing registration for a minor, you represent that you are the parent or legal guardian of that athlete and have the authority to consent to participation on their behalf.
Program fees are due at the time of registration unless a payment plan is arranged in advance. Fees are stated clearly during the registration process.
Refund eligibility varies by program type and timing of cancellation. In general:
If the Academy cancels a program, participants will receive a full refund or credit toward a future program at their option. Medical exceptions to the refund policy may be considered on a case-by-case basis with documentation.
All athletes, parents, and guardians are expected to conduct themselves with respect toward coaches, staff, other athletes, and families. We are committed to a positive, safe environment for every participant.
The following behavior is grounds for immediate removal from a program without refund:
Parents and guardians are responsible for their own conduct at all Academy events. The Academy reserves the right to restrict access to practices, games, or facilities for any individual whose behavior is disruptive or harmful.
Participation in volleyball and athletic training carries inherent risks, including the risk of injury. By registering, you acknowledge and accept these risks as part of athletic participation.
You represent that your athlete is physically capable of participating in the registered program. It is your responsibility to inform Academy staff of any medical conditions, injuries, or physical limitations that may affect your athlete's participation before the program begins.
The Academy maintains a safe training environment and follows age-appropriate coaching practices. However, to the fullest extent permitted by Missouri law, True North Volleyball Academy, its coaches, employees, and volunteers are not liable for injuries or accidents that occur during training, competition, or travel to and from Academy events.
In the event of a medical emergency, you authorize Academy staff to contact emergency medical services and to take reasonable steps to ensure your athlete's safety.
By participating in Academy programs, you grant True North Volleyball Academy the right to photograph and video record athletes during training sessions, games, tournaments, and events. This media may be used for promotional purposes including our website, social media accounts, and marketing materials.
No personally identifying information (such as last names or contact details) will be published alongside photos or videos without separate consent. If you do not consent to your athlete being photographed or recorded, please notify us in writing before your athlete's first session.
All content on this website, including text, images, logos, and design, is the property of True North Volleyball Academy or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content from this site for commercial purposes without written permission.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, True North Volleyball Academy's total liability to you for any claims arising from these terms or your participation in Academy programs is limited to the fees you paid for the program in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages of any kind.
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued participation in Academy programs after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of Missouri. Any disputes arising from these terms or your participation in Academy programs will be resolved in the courts of Clay County, Missouri.
